We saw the teaser photos of the 2023 Hyundai Palisade earlier in the month. Hyundai recently unveiled the refreshed design of the new Palisade this week at the New York International Auto Show. Now we can see the Palisade’s redesigned front end and updated interior features. However, do not expect new engine options as the 3.8-liter V6 carries over from the previous model year.
The main difference between the 2023 Hyundai Palisade and the outgoing 2022 is all in the face. Designers have chiseled away at the Palisade’s previously rounded front grille for a sharper, angular jawline. The finished results give the Hyundai SUV a more assertive presence. This theme of ditching curves for angles can be seen in subtle design tweaks throughout the Hyundai Palisade’s refreshed styling, like a new rear bumper and 20-inch wheels.
The interior of the 2023 Hyundai Palisade gains a new steering wheel with an eye-pleasing four-spoke rim design. In addition, we see a new instrument panel and gauge cluster with a digital rearview mirror and a larger 12-inch center touchscreen. One luxury feature adapted from Genesis is the “Ergo” driver seat which uses expandable air to conform to the driver’s desired comfort setting. Hyundai also added a Tow Mode to the Palisade’s drive mode menu. The 2023 Hyundai Palisade will arrive at dealers by summer 2022, with pricing announced before release.
