Taking cues from its Italian heritage, Panerai has just released two new watches to celebrate the brand’s history. The new watches are part of the Panerai Luminor lineup and include stylish features and a functional second time zone. The new Panerai Luminor BiTempo watches sport a 44mm stainless steel case, and while they feature different color palettes, they have the same high-quality craftsmanship and style aspects Panerai continually brings to watch design.
The Panerai Luminor BiTempo brings classic Italian design with both new watch models. Watch collectors will first notice the Italian homage with the text reading “BiTempo” referring to the GMT functionality and the word “ore” noted under the power reserve which translates to hours. The watches both feature an automatic movement powered by the P.9012 movement and have a full 72-hour power reserve. The movement is visible with a clear case back protected with durable sapphire crystal and is water resistant to 300 meters. The PAM01361 has a sunburst motif on the dial and features a blue strap with an alligator pattern. The second watch in the Luminor BiTempo lineup, the PAM01360, has a black dial with a black leather strap. Both the PAM01361 and the PAM01360 watches in the Luminor BiTempo release are available for purchase online or at boutiques. The watches are priced at $10,000 each.
