When Lamborghini unveiled the gravel-running Huracán Sterrato at Art Basel, a two-wheeled accessory built by Italian bicycle manufacturer 3T Cycling was also featured. This new premium gravel bike is a limited edition variant of the Exploro Racemax. It’s said to be inspired by the off-road Huracán Sterrato. Moreover, it’s constructed using the best lightweight parts for peak performance.
The 3T Exploro Racemax is crafted in Italy using its in-house carbon fiber technology. In addition to the lightest aero crank made from carbon fiber. The aerospace-grade wheels are constructed using titanium and steel and stop on a dime thanks to direct-mounted Sram Red AXS hydraulic disc brakes. Moreover, the 12-speed Sram Rival AXS cassette provides plenty of gears for the rider. In addition, the bike is painted in the same liveries as the Lamborghini Huracan Sterrato. As a result, this is a Superleggera gravel bicycle.
The 3T Exploro Racemax is available in four different frame sizes and can be pre-ordered now. The first deliveries are said to begin in March 2023. The bike price starts at $15K, but if you already ordered a Sterrato, what’s another 15 grand? Theoretically, one could add a roof rack to the Huracán Sterrato and mount the 3T Exploro Racemax for the ultimate gravel racing.
