Last year, Timex and HODINKEE teamed up to reimagine the classic Timex Q with stunning results. Now, the duo has partnered again to release the Timex Waterbury HODINKEE Limited Edition, a diver-style watch with a 40mm case design crafted from stainless steel. This is a straightforward timepiece with a sleek black textured dial with a matching HODINKEE logo stamped above the 6 o’clock position. In addition, the watch boasts a mix of Arabic numerals and baton indices, as well as lume-filled baton hands and a bright red seconds hand.
Powering the Timex Waterbury HODINKEE Limited Edition is a Miyota 8215 Japanese automatic movement, capable of holding an impressive 42-hour power reserve for this everyday wear watch. The push-pull crown is signed with the old Waterbury Clock Company logo — the predecessor to modern Timex. This limited edition watch is finished with a black leather strap with a grained texture that was made by S.B. Foot Tanning Co. out of Red Wing, Minnesota. The Timex Waterbury HODINKEE Limited Edition includes special packaging branded with both Timex and HODINKEE logos.
