Recovery footwear usually asks the wearer to stop moving. The Nike Air Zoom Hyperslide takes the opposite approach, putting heat and vibration into a slide that can still be walked in between training, travel, and the rest of the day.

A removable magnetic Hyperslide Pod sits inside the adjustable strap and targets the top of the foot. It offers three heat settings reaching 117 degrees Fahrenheit and three vibration levels, running in 15-minute cycles. Controls live on the pod itself, while Bluetooth connects the system to the Hyperice app for adjustment from a phone.

Underfoot, a full-length low-profile Air Zoom unit handles cushioning, making the slide usable even when the recovery pod is removed. The design follows the more elaborate Nike x Hyperice Hyperboot, but swaps that model’s dynamic air compression for a smaller heat-and-vibration system. Battery life is approximately one hour, or four standard sessions, before recharging.

The Nike x Hyperice Air Zoom Hyperslide launches September 29 in black and Orewood. It is priced at $249 and will be sold through Nike, Hyperice, and select U.S. retailers.
