Owning a Lamborghini is a dream of so many car aficionados around the world. The vehicles have long developed a reputation of being stunning examples of design and engineering, and the company itself has historically pulled out all the stops to help create the best customer experience possible. The Lamborghini Upcycled Leather Project is the latest example of that effort in action, using leftover materials from its car interiors to create the types of complementary accessories that vehicle owners will love. Tote bags, iPhone cases, a keyring – you name it, the Lamborghini Upcycled Leather Project can make it happen. If anyone has ever wanted a super-fancy leather credit card holder, they now know where to find it. All of the accessories available come in a stunning selection of colors, too.
This project was launched in association with Cartiera, an ethical fashion workshop that specializes in superior quality products direct from Italy. So, customers get to do their part to help preserve our fragile environment and look great at the same time – a win-win situation if there ever was one. Equally notable is the fact that this is just one of the many sustainable projects that Lamborghini has launched over the last few years. In 2020, the company’s efforts resulted in a massive 56% reduction in the waste that is created when manufacturing its cars. The Lamborghini Upcycled Leather Project is also just the latest initiative to that end, with many more being planned for the not-too-distant future.
