While its exterior exudes a sleek radiance that envisions a not-so-distant future, the interior of the Prophecy moves toward a whole new era. The fact that there’s no steering wheel is the starkest feature of the interior. Instead, driver’s can take control over the Prophecy’s autonomous driving mode by grasping a pair of joysticks mounted to the driver’s side door and center console. The Prophecy’s extended wheel-base enables the car to have an especially roomy cabin, seating four comfortably.
Hyundai has stated that the Prophecy will be the last in the company’s series of concept cars. This final release delightfully teases how Hyundai’s next generation of electric sedans will inexorably change the automotive industry.
