Denim has rarely been accused of moving quickly, which is precisely why its collision with technical climbing gear works. Satisfy x Levi’s STONER Chapter Two treats vintage workwear as raw material for a more specialized uniform built for the rock.

The centerpieces are Re-Possessed Levi’s 501 Climb Jeans produced in the United States from the 1970s through the late 1990s. Each vintage pair receives Italian-milled Rippy ripstop reinforcement across the front knee panels, along with an integrated webbing belt, a four-pocket arrangement that includes a zippered Rippy rear pocket, and drawcord hems that keep loose denim clear of footholds.

The Re-Possessed Levi’s Climb Shirt starts with an unworn deadstock Western shirt, adding two front pockets and a Rippy ice pocket at the upper back. An organic-cotton MothTech T-shirt rounds out the capsule with body-mapped laser-cut ventilation and a Yosemite Half Dome graphic.

The collection’s logic is more convincing than a logo exchange. Faded denim gives every pair of jeans a different pattern of wear, staining, distressing, and repairs, while strategically placed ripstop reinforces the areas most likely to meet rock. It carries the technical material thinking seen in Satisfy’s trail-running collaborations into climbing without disguising the garments’ previous lives.
STONER Chapter Two launches July 30 through Satisfy, with select Levi’s stores in France also expected to carry the capsule. The Re-Possessed jeans are priced at $375 and the Climb Shirt at $330 in the United States. Satisfy’s European storefront lists the MothTech T-shirt at €140, though a U.S. price has not been confirmed.
