Following the recent release of the Nike x Bodega Dunk High SP “Legend” Collaboration High-Tops, the two brands have quickly followed on with another component to the project: The Dunk High “Legend” Letterman Jacket. This limited-edition jacket, valued at $1,200, was offered recently by Bodega as a raffle item through the brand’s Instagram page. Nostalgic nods to baseball are apparent in the design language of the Nike x Bodega Dunk High high-tops and letterman jacket.
The Letterman Jacket is designed with a bold two-toned presentation, featuring forest green and brown color-blocking which reflects the dominant colors found on a baseball field. The green wool making up the body of the jacket sports several patches including a bright red ‘B’ for Bodega, as well as Bodega and Nike patches found atop the right chest and across the back. Additionally, the right chest features an embroidered list of the years 2006-2020, marking Bodega’s 14 years in business. The brown leather left sleeve possesses a zippered pocket big enough to fit a smaller sized cell phone. Given what we’ve seen so far from the “Legend” Collaboration, we can’t wait to see what comes next.
