Super Pacific, a manufacturer of premium lightweight truck campers and accessories, has introduced its innovative Cloud Cap, a versatile pop-top tent and modular gear mounting platform designed to enhance the adventure van experience. Engineered with a focus on ruggedness and adaptability, the Super Pacific Cloud Cap seamlessly integrates into adventure van builds, offering a unique blend of comfort and utility.

This low-profile, 4-season pop-top tent is built to withstand extreme conditions, utilizing aerospace materials and processes. It features a pass-through portal that allows easy access from the van to the sleeping quarters, eliminating the need to step out in the cold.

Constructed from marine-grade polyester tent fabric, polypropylene composite panels, and proprietary aluminum components, the Cloud Cap is both durable and weather-resistant. It boasts operable storm doors with No-See-Um screens, providing panoramic views while minimizing condensation with adjustable Flow StateTM vents.

The pop-top tent also incorporates a range of practical features, including universal T-slots for accessories like solar panels and awnings, as well as an expansive sleeping area that comfortably accommodates two adults on an optional EXPED MegaMat Duo LW+ mattress. Additional upgrades include the Gear LoftTM for overhead storage and the Therma PuffTM insulated liner for cold weather expeditions.

Super Pacific Founder and President, Peter Williams, explained that the Cloud Cap was created to eliminate the compromise van owners faced between adding sleeping space or mounting adventure accessories. With this innovative addition to the adventure van market, Super Pacific aims to cater to outdoor enthusiasts and expand its mission to a new audience.

The Cloud Cap is available for various van models, with specific fitments for the Mercedes Sprinter and Ford Transit already available and Ford E-Series and Ram ProMaster models coming soon. It is sold and installed exclusively through Super Pacific’s network of authorized van builders, with an MSRP of $12,200, and is proudly made in the USA with premium materials.
