The LEGO Group announced this week the new LEGO Marvel Black Panther Set, based on the character and reimagined in brick form. The company says the new set is a bust of the iconic superhero that builders can position in the crossed-arm Wakanda forever pose. It is perfect as a display piece for collectors. While the Black Panther first appeared in 1966 in the Fantastic Four comic book, the 2018 mega-hit film Black Panther made the character a part of pop culture, inspiring millions with courage, honor, and pride. The LEGO Marvel Black Panther Set is 2,961 reflective black and silver pieces, featuring the rich details that make up the Black Panther’s helmet.
It boasts the powerful Black Panther necklace that summons the hero’s helmet and suit. Black Panther is ready for battle with striking blue and purple hues emulating the pulsing power of Vibranium. Collectors can adapt the pose with detachable hands and articulated fingers. The Black Panther Set also includes a sturdy display base and attached logo plate. Marvel Studios recently confirmed the film’s sequel, Black Panther: Wakanda Forever will release in theaters on November 11, 2022. This new LEGO Marvel Black Panther Set will be available before the movie on October 1st.
