In answer to a poll of over 55,000 respondents on the LEGO Ideas platform, the brick brand created the Lion Knight’s Castle buildable model, inspired by classic LEGO castle sets from the past. This new premium LEGO set for adults makes an immersive project for you or a perfect gift for any fan of history and castles. Available now for LEGO VIPs, the set comprises 4,514 pieces and when fully built measures over 14-inches high, 17-inches wide, and 12-inches deep.

An impressive selection of 22 minifigures is included in the LEGO Lion Knight’s Castle set. Included is the elaborately dressed Queen, wearing an ornate helmet with a golden visor and a decorative plume. In addition, a collection of knights, archers, the magical wizard Majisto, and forest people bring this stunning castle set to life. Inside are hidden passages, movable walls, secret hideouts, a medieval drawbridge, and portcullis that open. It even includes a mill with a turning waterwheel, towers and turrets, an armory, living quarters, and more.

The included manual provides commentary from the set designers, Milan Madge and Mike Psiaki, along with the graphic designer, Ashwin Visser. Information about the long history of LEGO Castle is also included, tracking how the theme has developed from the LEGO 375 Castle released in 1978 and acknowledging various memorable factions and subthemes.
