Earlier this month, the new trailer for the much anticipated Gran Turismo 7 racing simulator for the PlayStation 5 was released. The three-minute trailer gives fans a taste of what to expect when the game finally debuts on March 4, 2022. Gran Turismo 7 PlayStation Showcase 2021 was originally intended to be a 2021 release, but as with everything else in the world, the global pandemic delayed the game’s release. Nevertheless, the new game trailer keeps our spirits high while we wait. We get to see glimpses of users having the option to customize their vehicles with incredible, real-world detailing using features like the Livery Editor while watching the trailer. In addition, the racing simulator video game features a camera mode called Scapes. In this mode, games have the ability to create photorealistic shots of cars with the same editing effects, including panning shots, used by professional car photographers.

Moreover, the game’s 4K/60FPS offers a visual experience arguably more beautiful than the real world, with lighting and simulated weather reflecting off the paint of virtual GT3 race cars and JDM legends.  When Gran Turismo 7 becomes available on March 4, 2022, it will be available for the PS4 and PS4 Pro in addition to the PS5. The cost of the game is expected to be at the $70 price point. However, gamers who buy the PS4 version of the Gran Turismo 7 will have the option to digitally upgrade the game for an additional fee.
