Harley-Davidson unveiled the new Low Rider ST for 2022. This new heavy cruiser offers euro-sport performance for the best world combination inspired by the custom bike community. The new Low Rider ST is offered in two variants, the ST and Low Rider S, and features Harley-Davidson’s 117 Milwaukee-Eight engine with a Heavy Breather intake to boost its muscle to 125 lb.-ft of torque.

In terms of styling, the 2022 Harley-Davidson Low Rider ST wears a soft-tail chassis with additional fairing, bags, and a pair of lockable panniers. Harley-Davidson described the Low Rider ST as the bike for riders who are “seeking West Coast style and unrelenting power.” The vibe of the motorcycle was influenced by the custom bike communities who take big bad Harleys and outfit them with superbike components. You’ve probably seen viral videos of bikers in bagged cruisers popping wheelies. Moreover, this trend in custom motorcycles helped inspire the King of the Bagger racing series.

In addition, the Harley-Davidson Low Rider ST features an extended rear shock which helps raise the back of the motorcycle to increase its maximum lean angle. Customers also can remove the bike’s panniers for a more streamlined appearance and an optional sound system in the fairing. The Harley-Davidson Low Rider ST and Low Rider S will arrive at dealerships in March 2022.
