Bentley launched its Home Collection in 2013 with a focus on celebrating the distinctive lines and signature curves that are synonymous with Bentley for those collectors and fans of the eponymous brand. Over the years, the collection has ranged from unique bedroom and elegant lounge furniture to refined accessories, with each design crafted in Italy by highly skilled artisans. The new Bentley Home 2021 Collection has been revealed and it features cutting-edge new materials and unique finishes that are as lavish as one would expect.
This new collection stars both a new Degradé lacquering technique, as well as the new MARM \ MORE fabric that is made from marble powder. Bentley Home is offering the Degradé lacquer finish in a variety of options, including Deep Ocean, Midnight Walnut, Black Kenya, Dark Shadow, Rust Degradé, Silver Degradé, and Bronze Degradé. As for the MARM \ MORE fabric, they are offered in either light grey or natural green.
These new Carlo Colombo designs include the Aldford Table, the Ramsey Sofa and Loveseat, and the Styal Desk. The Aldford Table has clean, sleek lines with both rectangular and circular versions available. Accentuating the sense of lightness and suspension, the legs taper up from the floor and meet under the top in a single form. Bentley offers buyers three finishes from which to choose for the legs: Burr Walnut, Smoked Liquid Ambar, or leather-covered. The top is available in Calacatta or Valentine Grey marble, or glossy Burr Walnut, Smoked Liquid Amber, or Warm Grey Fiddleback Sycamore. Degradé lacquering is applied to all wood finishes.
The Bentley Home Ramsey Sofa and Loveseat appear to defy gravity, their tapered shells flow into armrests that reach upwards like outstretched wings. The lines are split by a transparent panel between the seat and backrest. Both the sofa and loveseat are available in a choice of coverings: Warm Grey Fiddleback Sycamore, Smoked Liquidambar, Burr Walnut root, or covered in leather or the marble powder fabric. Degradé lacquering is also applied to the wood finishes. Finally, The Styal Desk reimagines the experience of working from home. A succession of curves run the length of the 9-foot 8-inch wooden frame, covered in a choice of leather or veneer. The structure and top can be customized in a choice of Warm Grey Fiddleback Sycamore, Smoked Liquidambar, or Burr Walnut root, with a glossy, brushed finishing. Alternatively, a leather-covered top can be chosen. FinDegradé lacquering effect is also brought in to finish the wood options.
