Sony just released their new Sony Linkbuds S, allowing users to switch seamlessly between natural ambient sound and noise canceling. Sony says these mighty little earbuds are approximately 4.8 grams, with silicone earbud tips that stay in place. They are comfortable enough to wear all day and smart enough to adapt and keep users connected to friends, family, and entertainment. The Linkbuds S features the Integrated Processor V1, which enhances sound quality, reduces distortion, and enables the codec for audio processing. The S stands for smart features like Adaptive Sound Control which allows the audio tech to learn from user behavior. Over time, machine learning adapts to an individual user’s behavior, recognizes frequent locations, and adapts to provide the highest quality sound experience.
Sony’s Speak-to-Chat technology automatically pauses the music when the user speaks, so it is easy to have a conversation. What’s more, the company added instant pause/instant play music to automatically pause music when the user removes the Sony Linkbuds S and starts again when they put the Linkbuds back on. These earbuds are truly linked with built-in touch-activated Alexa or Google voice assistants. Get notifications, set reminders, control the headphones’ features like noise cancellation, listen to and interact with emails in Microsoft Outlook, and answer phone calls.
