Born in 1948, the first Polaroid camera, the Polaroid Land Model 95, revolutionized the art of casual photography and opened up a whole new world of instant photo possibilities. Today’s latest offering decades later, the Polaroid Now+ i-Type Instant Camera is the brand’s most innovative, creative camera yet to hit the market. The Polaroid Now+ is a step up from the original point-and-shoot Polaroid Now camera released in 2020. The improved design boasts the core features such as autofocus, dynamic flash, and self-timer, but now comes with a tripod mount to steady the user’s ideas. In addition, five lens options serve as filters for every mood, saturating photos in color with deep contrast or dreamy effects. The five experimental lens options — which come with individual carrying cases — include yellow, blue, orange, vignette, red, and starburst.

The Polaroid Now+ i-Type Instant Camera features a USB charging cable for the rechargeable battery and takes i-Type film, a battery-free film that is easier on the wallet. The Polaroid Now+ provides typical point-and-shoot simplicity synonymous with the brand, but with a modern twist of Bluetooth compatibility for analog snappers. Adding to the many features of the Now+ i-Type Instant Camera is the revamped app by Polaroid. This effectively gives users the ability to experiment with various features like manual mode, double exposures, and light painting, not to mention the tripod and aperture priority mode. This technologically advanced capacity gives users the perfect blend of historic Polaroid ease-of-use and innovative artistic offerings for the modern consumer.
