Nomos and Ace Jewelers are no strangers to standout collabs. Still, for Ace’s 50th anniversary, they’ve cooked up something particularly bold—two blazing orange Metro Neomatik limited editions. These aren’t just flashy novelties; they’re love letters to Dutch design, precision watchmaking, and the color that runs through the veins of the Netherlands: orange.

Limited to just 50 pieces each, the Nomos Metro Neomatik and Metro Neomatik 39 feature vivid two-tone orange dials—a first for the Metro line and a bold move approved by designer Mark Braun himself. Both models stay true to the Metro’s roots with wire lugs, needle-thin hands inspired by precision tools, and domed sapphire crystals that elevate the retro-futuristic silhouette. The 38.5mm version sports a lighter orange dial with a deep burnt-orange seconds subdial, while the 35mm version flips the color scheme, adding even more visual intrigue.

Beneath the surface lies the ultra-slim DUW 3001 automatic movement, just 3.2mm thick and boasting Nomos’ in-house swing system. Visible through the sapphire caseback, it’s beautifully decorated with Glashütte ribbing, perlage, and tempered blued screws.

Retailing at $3,900 and $4,200 respectively, these pieces are more than just collector’s items—they’re wearable design statements with substance. Want both? Ace Jewelers is offering 10 matched sets for the true diehards. Whether you’re a watch connoisseur or a Dutch design disciple, this duo is pure fire.
