JBL is stepping up its Bluetooth speaker game with the launch of the Flip 7 and Charge 6 speakers, two powerhouse upgrades that bring more durability, better sound, and extended battery life to the lineup. AI Sound Boost technology allows these speakers to analyze audio in real time, ensuring louder, distortion-free playback, even at max volume. These speakers are designed to deliver, whether you’re blasting tunes at the beach, on a hike, or in your backyard.

The JBL Flip 7, priced at $150, boasts an upgraded tweeter, two extra hours of battery life (14 hours total), and an IP68 waterproof and dustproof rating. It also supports multi-speaker connectivity via Bluetooth Auracast and high-resolution USB-C audio for audiophiles who want premium sound without Bluetooth compression. If you need even more juice, Playtime Boost extends battery life to 16 hours—but at the cost of some bass.
For those who want more bass and battery power, the JBL Charge 6 delivers a bigger woofer and up to 24 hours of playtime (28 hours with Playtime Boost). This $200 speaker also features high-res USB-C audio, IP68 waterproofing, and a removable carrying strap for easy transport.
Both models are available for preorder now and will start shipping on April 4th. Whether you’re an adventure-seeker, a party starter, or just want top-tier portable sound, JBL’s latest upgrades ensure your playlist never skips a beat.
