Set during the golden age of Hollywood, the Coen Brothers’ directed Hail, Caesar! looks to be a very Coen-y comedy. With a star studded cast that includes Josh Brolin, George Clooney, Alden Ehrenreich, Ralph Fiennes, Jonah Hill, Scarlett Johansson, Frances McDormand, Tilda Swinton, and Channing Tatum, the film is about a series ludicrous problems that must be solved by a studio fixer.
The trailer is enough to sample the whacky and off-beat humor the Coen Brothers have become know for and looks to be a triumphant return to what they do best after having endured some questionable work with Angelina Jolie.
Fans will have to wait until next February 5th, but that should give us plenty of time to revisit some of the classic Coen Brothers films, like Fargo and The Big Lebowsky.
