Taylor Stitch is known for their clothes that fit well and function simply, without sacrificing classically inspired style and sensibility. With the launch of their CIVIC Collection, a system of clothing for the urban commuter, they’ve also embarked upon creating a bicycle that can handle the most demanding city commutes. However, they are also brutally honest and quick to admit that they don’t know how to build a bike. Thankfully, they’ve reached out to Stinner Frameworks, Heritage Bicycles, and Brooks Saddles to create a bike that is simple, straightforward, reliable, and fun.
The Dash is the resulting city commute bike, designed for daily transportation. With its classic silhouette and parts mix, The Dash should be able to stand the test of time. It’s a simple bicycle inspired by traditional American city commute bikes, with an auto 2-speed hub and a simple coaster brake. Designed and made in the U.S., this is a bike suited to make the chore of commuting a bit more enjoyable and ultimately easier.
