People around the world are setting their new year’s resolutions right now. Ninety-five percent of new year’s resolutions are related to fitness. It’s no coincidence that Nike is releasing the Nike Training Club (NTC) content for Netflix on Dec. 30, 2022.
Nike Training Club content will include more than 90 fitness-level workouts requiring little to no equipment. Nike’s world-class trainers will coach the training sessions, which vary significantly in length, style, and intensity. Athletes can strength train, practice yoga, and perform high-intensity workouts from home. Instructors include iconic trainers like Betina Gozo, Joe Holder, and Kristy Godso.
Nike advocates for sports of all types, and their goal with the Nike Training Club (NTC) is to give more people access to the mental and physical benefits of fitness and play. Workouts are available in 10 languages and come with all Netflix plans. Nike hopes to spread opportunities for fitness around the globe.
The first five NTC training programs will be available at the end of December, with more programs launching throughout the year. Nike hopes NTC content will help people around the globe commit to their new year’s resolutions and gain access to all the benefits sports can offer.
