Huckberry and Eddie Bauer have partnered to release an exclusive take on the apparel brand’s Skyliner Jacket, complete with a custom colorway and a light, water-resistant wax coating for an additional barrier from the elements. The Eddie Bauer x Huckberry Skyliner Jacket features an extra durable lightweight shell and is filled with ultra high-loft 800 fill premium down that is ‘Responsible Down Certified.’ On the scale of down fill, it is the second-highest behind 900, meaning it will most definitely keep you warm when it is particularly frigid outside.
The jacket’s diamond, quilted pattern is a nod to the design of the original 1936 Skyliner bomber-style jacket. It has been updated to have a nice and trim fit instead of the large and boxy fit of the original. Sporting a zippered front closure with a contrasting zipper pull, the jacket is finished with a ribbed hem, cuffs, and collar. There are two zippered hand pockets at the hips along with a single interior pocket for secure EDC storage. The light flannel plaid lining inside is soft to the touch and has Huckberry and Eddie Bauer dual-labeling to commemorate this limited release.
