The new Aston Martin Vantage is an achingly georgous and technilogically advanced sports car that redefined Aston Martins for the modern age. Despite the numerous improvements, including a new engine sourced from AMG, some die-hard fans of the brand have lamented the passing of a golden era defined by analogue, naturally-aspirated vehicles.
For those in mourning, Aston Martin is resurrecting an old nameplate along with the previous generation’s body style with the Aston Martin V12 Vantage V600. The original 1998 V8 Vantage V600 signified the most extreme, limited-run example wearing the Vantage badge, and this new V12 Vantage V600 is no different. With only 14 customer commissioned examples set to be produced by the Q division, the V12 Vantage V600 wears an aggressively-styled, bespoke carbon fiber body with new side-strake, darkened front grille, and a more modern and aggressive hood. Inside, the theme continues with a bespoke carbon fiber and dark anodised aluminum interior, new light-weight seats, and bespoke driver information dials.
