The 2015 Lamborghini Veneno Roadster caused fanfare when it was introduced at the 2013 Geneva Motor Show and it’s still doing so today. With less than 280 miles on the odometer of its 6.5-liter V12 engine. This low-slung sportscar captures the eye thanks to a design ripe with carbon fiber. That lightweight material maximizes downforce while minimizing drag to increase handling and stability that provides the immediate responsiveness expected from a vehicle of this caliber.

That supreme handling is vital given that the engine turns out 750 hp and can sprint from 0 to 60 MPH in just 2.9 seconds. This is all made possible by both modifying the exhaust and enlarging the engine’s intakes. Lamborghini says the car has a top speed of 355 MPH.

One of just nine roadsters, the Veneno is finished in matte black with lime green pinstriping. Inside, that color scheme is echoed by a black leather and lime green trimmed interior. This rarest of rare Lamborghinis comes to lot 53 at the Sotheby’s auction block in Paris on February 5.
