If you’re in the market for a compact and versatile two-wheel-drive motorcycle, the UBCO 2×2 special edition e-bike may be exactly what you want. This stainless steel frame electric motorcycle from UBCO is designed for low-speed all-terrain adventures.
The 2023 UBCO 2×2 special edition features a host of gear to traverse the great outdoors. It comes with a 30-liter rear bag that is weatherproof and has side pockets, an expandable compartment, and two loop pronghorn straps. In addition, there is an open-top tote bag. According to UBCO, the e-bike’s total payload is 330 pounds.
The UBCO 2×2 is motivated by a 3.1-kWh battery pack and a one-kilowatt motor with a planetary gear system in each wheel. The powertrain provides a top speed of 30 mph with a claimed range of 75 miles. However, it’s important to note that real-world range may vary depending on terrain. Nevertheless, you can charge this e-bike using a standard plug requiring six hours to charge from dead to full.
Standard features include an LCD dash with room to attach a smartphone using a vibration-isolated Peak Design mount behind the steering wheel. It rides on 17-inch wire-spoke wheels and 2.75-inch wide tires. Stopping power comes from hydraulic disc brakes with regenerative braking on both wheels. Moreover, the UBCO 2×2 is compact, with a seat height of 48 inches and a total weight of 156 pounds.
