Classic aviator sunglasses have remained largely unchanged for decades. However, with the release of the Stone Island x Persol PO2470S Pilot Frame there is a new take on the aviator. Based on a 1970s Persol frame, the PO2470S Pilot Frame is constructed with a metal bridge to give it extra stability, while standing out from the standard plastic or epoxy.

The beautiful gunmetal frame uses yellow temple tips to give it just enough color to liven up the glasses. Light blue polarized lenses have the Stone Island and Persol logos engraved on each lens. 

This collaboration is the first between Italian sportswear brand Stone Island and Persol. Packaged in a beautiful multi-functional case, these are aviators for the modern era.
