When you’ve created what is probably the most iconic product in the history of sunglasses, you might want to quit while you’re ahead. Yet Ray-Ban is marching on and trying to improve on perfection with their new Wayfarer II.
While the company kept almost everything about their Wayfarer re-release nearly identical to the original article, Ray-Ban also integrated some subtle but critical design improvements. As a result, the Wayfarer II brings the classic Wayfarer frame firmly into the late 2010s. The overall silhouette of the Wayfarer II is slender and more streamlined, the thickness of the frame significantly reduced, and the lens periphery slightly rounder. You can purchase the Wayfarer II in six different colors from classic tortoise to beige or red Havana.
