Luxury luggage titan RIMOWA has partnered with London-based skateboarding company Palace to create a limited-edition collaboration. The new partnership features two notable designs, which include a new spin on the iconic Cabin suitcase and a unique monogrammed skateboard deck commemorating the joint effort. With colorful, warm color tones and iconic branded patterns, this new RIMOWA x Palace collaboration is sure to excite fans of the two brands.
The RIMOWA x Palace Cabin Desert Suitcase features the classic Cabin shape with unique, limited-edition styling. The exterior has a multicolored pattern in warm colors, designed to represent sand hues against a warm sunset. The cool aluminum tones contrast with soothing pink and sand colors. When combined, the luggage gives an optical illusion of a reflected sky across a desert. The Cabin suitcase still has the same rugged design RIMOWA is known for, like TSA-approved locks, a telescoping handle, and a multi-wheel system. The Cabin Desert Suitcase is limited to only 500 pieces.
The new collection also features a specially designed skateboard deck. The RIMOWA x Palace skateboard features a custom-designed monogram on one side. The reverse features a fun silver finish and stickers allowing buyers to customize their skateboard. The new skateboard measures 80.4 cm high by 21.5 cm long and does not include wheels. The RIMOWA x Palace collection will launch on February 10th at 11:00 am EST in retail stores and online.
