A Tokyo-based outdoor/casual fashion label, nanamica has been balancing classic aesthetic styling with performance-driven construction for more than 15 years. The brand recently joined forces with the Tokyo Design Studio (a division of New Balance that also works out of Tokyo) to create a signature capsule collection that stresses timeless color combinations that are designed to look great with everything in your closet.
Highlights of the collection include a Gore-Tex Cruiser Jacket and a Coolmax sweatshirt. The lynchpin of the collection, however, is the R_C1, a sneaker with a slim “1300” series silhouette and a state-of-the-art Encap Reveal midsole.
The versatile R_C1 is sold in both a beige and a navy monochrome color palette. These striking kicks drop on the official nanamica website on October 28 and can be found and at select US retailers (such as Bodega Kith, and Notre) after November 9.
