Streetwear fashion label, KITH has just unveiled its first European flagship store in Paris and it is something to behold. The New York-based famed boutique and brand has chosen the landmark Pershing Building in the heart of the Golden Triangle in Paris’ eighth arrondissement to set up shop. KITH offers an array of premium products, ranging from its own in-house label to a curated selection of multi-brand apparel, accessories, and footwear.
The new flagship store will be KITH’s largest store, covering three levels and 16,000 square feet of French real estate. It has been touted as offering “a holistic lifestyle experience” featuring not only retail space but also KITH Treats, a cereal and ice cream bar, designed with stainless steel, Carrara marble, and parlor-style cereal canisters on the wall. The courtyard level includes the first international outpost for the eminent New York-based restaurant Sadelle’s, where a distinctive brunch menu will be served along with New York classics and caviar selections.
Offering an elevated retail experience, each area was designed with different materials. For example, the men’s apparel space features walnut wood paneling and brass racks. And the footwear room, which is positioned across a mezzanine that overlooks the stunning courtyard, has three oversized colored benches and high ceilings. The glass-covered courtyard, where Sadelle’s is located, utilizes multi-colored Carrara marble-tiled floors and sits in front of a plant wall that stretches from floor to ceiling. At present, in accordance with current COVID-19 guidelines, KITH Paris will be open for shoppers on a raffle-appointment-only basis.
