HUMAN MADE joins adidas for the release of a classic sneaker with a fresh new look. The HUMAN MADE x adidas Superstar celebrates fifty years of a sneaker that has defined outfits with a shell-toe and unmistakable tripled striped upper as the cornerstones of its design. This special edition of the Superstar comes in three different colorways with white on black, black on white, and white on white versions. Each pair is also adorned with HUMAN MADE iconography such as the logo on each heel, heart-shaped punctures, and a motto embossed on the stripes.
The shoe still utilizes the iconic Superstar design. The lone alteration to the original aesthetic is a cream shade that gives a new look to the toe and sole. HUMAN MADE is the first of many collaborators who are on board with adidas to release special editions of the Superstar. Sean Wotherspoon, Run DMC, and Prada limited editions are on the horizon as well.
