Two years following the launch of its series of guitar amps with the Tone Master line series, Fender is adding another series of amps to its storied collection with the introduction of the Fender Tone Master Super Reverb. As a perfect replication of the legendary tube amplifier with added modern features for today’s professionals, this latest offering is a highly anticipated magical combination of four 10-inch speakers and a mid-60s black panel amplifier circuit.
The three main characteristics of the Fender Tone Master Super Reverb amp are its versatility, being simultaneously ideal for silent recordings or quiet stages as it is at a louder volume, it being lightweight as mentioned above, and being legendary, with its classic tremolo and spring reverb. Weighing in at 36 pounds, this latest addition to the Fender amp collection is certainly more svelte than its 60s predecessor. It features a ground lift switch and impulse response cabinet simulations and a balanced XLR line output and level control, with Shure SM57 and Royer R-121 microphones. The Fender models within this series include Tone Master Super Reverb, Twin Reverb, Deluxe Reverb, Twin Reverb Blonde, and the Deluxe Reverb Blonde models. The 4×10 cabinet, with the chime of Jensen speakers, can easily adjust to the volume of the venue and purpose, making it an ideal fit for a variety of musical professionals.
