Calvino Noir is a gorgeous side-scroller game that would be perfect for those that are architecturally curious. Available for the PS4 and iOS, the stealth game is set in the 1930s European criminal underworld, where you get to explore and sneak through beautifully designed architecture.
As the name suggests, the design primarily features dark and cold visuals that emphasizes the neo-noir feel of the game. Although mostly a stealth game, the story promises to be captivating as you get to play as three different characters.
The gameplay may seem old school for those that have given up on the side-scroller genre since the days of Mario, but the game’s simple yet elegant design is a welcomed departure from the graphic intensive games of today.
