Bowers & Wilkins has just announced the release of its first Dolby Atmos soundbar – the Panorama 3 Soundbar is the company’s answer to the Sonos Arc and other high-end Atmos speakers. This is the latest release from a company providing exceptional sound systems since the 1960s. However, the Panorama 3 Soundbar is proof that Bowers & Wilkins has not remained in the past. This wireless Dolby Atmos soundbar provides room-filling, home theater sound from a single component that blends in with the TV. It is Alexa enabled and compatible with Spotify Connect, AirPlay 2, Bluetooth, and the Bowers & Wilkins Music App.
Bowers & Wilkins is so confident in the power of the Panorama 3 that this stand-alone speaker does not come with any options for surround sound or an external subwoofer. That is because it features two 10cm subwoofers within the upper surface of the speaker. The engineers at Bowers & Wilkins explain that this unique placement results in a deep bass that eliminates the need for an external unit. The Panorama 3 provides 400 watts of application and drive units housed in separate acoustic chambers. The result is fully immersive sound from a sleek home theater soundbar that is visually inconspicuous yet audibly unforgettable.
