To celebrate the 10th anniversary of the BAPE STORE® New York, the beloved streetwear brand is releasing a limited-edition capsule collection designed by 10 influential artists, consisting mostly of rappers along with a few fashion labels and graffiti artists. The multi-platinum selling hip hop star Big Sean is leading the batch, followed by Def Jam Recordings, Flatbush Zombies, Futura, Kid Cudi, Pusha T, RSVP Gallery, Stash, Travis Scott and Wiz Khalifa. All pieces look similar at first because they all feature the iconic ape head logo and the “A BATHING APE®” text, but each artists have managed to instill their unique design sensibility by rendering their favorite prints and colors into a set of full zip hoodies, t-shirts and long tees. The BAPE 10 Year Anniversary 10 Artists Collaboration Collection will be pre-launched at BAPE STORE® New York on April 25 and globally released on May 2.
