The Lamborghini Urus, as you know it, is no longer. It has evolved into the new(ish) 2023 Lamborghini Urus S and Urus Performante. Updates to the super SUV include more power, design tweaks, and a presumed higher price tag.
The outgoing Urus had a max power output of 641-hp from its twin-turbocharged V8. The new Urus S features the same engine but now delivers 657-hp. The 2023 Lamborghini Urus S also sheds weight from 4,844 to 4,740 pounds. Air suspension is standard on the Urus S.
Furthermore, the higher spec Performante variant pushes the Urus to a top speed of 190 mph. Styling facelifts on the Lamborghini Urus S show a redesigned front bumper and standard matte-black stainless steel skid plate. The redesigned rear bumper gains a matte black lower section and brushed steel exhaust tips and is available in matte black or chrome. Exterior options include a carbon fiber hood and roof. Buyers unsatisfied with the standard 21-inch wheels can upgrade to either 22 or 23-inch.
For 2023, the Lamborghini Urus S gains an interior refresh. While the basic layout is the same, there are new trim and color options, including a Bi-color Sportivo and Bi-color Sophisticated trim. In addition, bolder contrasting color options and stitching are also available for the Urus S Performante. Pricing will be announced later in the year, and with the styling and added performance, we can assume it will be higher than the outgoing model.
