The Joker in Suicide Squad

Director David Ayer, known for directing movies like Fury and End of Watch, gave us a glimpse of the Joker from the upcoming movie, Suicide Squad, played by Jared Leto. Possibly more iconic than the Caped Crusader himself, the Joker has always dominated the screen, whether it was played by Jack Nicholson or the late Heath Ledger. Leto’s version takes on a completely different direction from the previous two; a more edgier and modern interpretation of the Clown Prince of Crime. We will have to wait for 2016 to see the Joker in action, possibly with a tie in with BATMAN v. SUPERMAN: Dawn of Justice. We can’t wait.
