Leading up to and following the recent premiere of 007’s latest adventures in the film No Time To Die, we’ve seen many Bond-related products hit the market. One of the latest is the James Bond 007 Secret Agent Attaché Case. The iconic spy’s attaché case was first introduced in the 1963 film From Russia With Love when Sean Connery played the debonair James Bond. In 1965, a toy version of the attaché case was released and it quickly became a popular collectible. Now, in celebration of James Bond Day 2021 and the franchise’s forthcoming 60th Anniversary, the James Bond 007 Secret Agent Attaché Case is being reissued, with some updates.
The attaché case is made with black simulated leather, gold metalwork, and 007 combination locks with a dagger insignia. Inside, the main compartment is fitted with a flocked red interior that has molded sections sized to fit each of the spy-related items including a Bond-X Secret Agent Movie Camera, 007 Code-O-Matic, passport case (with currency, passport, and calling cards), and a codebook. There is also a spy pen with a ballpoint that writes in invisible ink on one end and beams an ultraviolet light on the other for reading the invisible ink, as well simulated gold-plated sovereigns featured in From Russia With Love. Each attaché case is individually numbered and includes a certificate of authenticity as well as an original movie poster.
