Taking videos and photos with a tripod has never been easier, thanks to the creation of the MagStick. Utilizing high-powered but safe magnets, the MagStick was designed to work for single-handed operation of cameras, mobile phones, and GoPro devices. The MagStick uses a strong magnet to secure a device to the stick. Although powerful, the magnet is safe to use around sensitive electronic devices. A quick-clamping mechanism can help add extra security, ensuring the device stays soundly in place. The magnet and clamp are strong enough to resist movement through exercise, unexpected jerks, and drops, keeping cameras safe.
The MagStick is fully adjustable, extending from 12.3 inches to 63 inches. It also has Bluetooth remote capability to control the device up to 49 feet away. The remote for Bluetooth use has a simple coin battery and can last for 75 hours with continuous use. Made of lightweight aluminum alloy, the MagStick is easy to transport and carry while still providing a sturdy and durable design. Several other accessories enhance the MagStick functionality, making photos and filming a breeze. Buyers can choose between extended lighting options, a microphone, a portable bag, or additional magnetic accessories and spare parts. Although still in the Kickstarter phase of conception and production, MagStick accepts pledges. Donors can receive a MagStick with a $59 pledge, with the product expected to ship in July 2022.
