Over the past 23 years, Emory Motorsports has made good on its mission statement to “build the most iconic, yet personalized Porsche 356s on the planet.” Otherwise known as Outlaws, these custom Porsche models are designed specifically for supreme track and rally performance. After setting its sights on the Porsche 911 for the first time ever, this California-based aftermarket automotive shop has made a true work of art out of a classic 1968 Porsche 911 SWB.
Billing this creation as “the perfect track and rally weapon,” the Emory team based its Outlaw 911K on Porsche’s first closed-cockpit race car prototype — the 1968 Porsche 908-010. The sleek bullet-shaped body of the Emory Outlaw 911K captures the essence of the Porsche 908-010 with exquisite features such as an amber fiberglass dash cap and hand-painted Mobil Pegasus icons on its fenders. Other key modifications include the addition of mesh intake guards, a twin-grille deck lid, and rally-style auxiliary lights and air horns.
