Wireless earbuds are the new age of portable sound. The Campfire Audio Orbit upgrades that sound to an extent where users hardly notice there’s Bluetooth technology between the device and the earbuds. Campfire Audio explains that the sound through the earbuds mimics the sound of their classic acoustic design. They want the user’s first impression of Orbit to exceed expectations.
Campfire Audio emphasizes that the fit of the earbud has a critical impact on sound quality. Each box includes three sizes of silicone and three sizes of foam tips. They encourage users to mix and match until they find the desired fit and sound. Convenience is a significant selling point for wireless earbuds, and Campfire Audio took note. They assume users want to keep their earbuds within reach wherever they go. That’s why the case is rugged yet compact enough to easily slide into a pocket.
The Orbit offers 8.5 hours of playtime from a single charge of the earbuds. There’s also an extra 30 hours of playtime in the case battery, which can be recharged using a USB-C cable or a Qi wireless charging mat. The package includes a USB-C to USB-C cable for when wireless charging isn’t an option. The new Orbit is available now on the Campfire Audio website for $249.
