The craftsmen at Artisans de Genève are always on the lookout for new designs. During an encounter with a watch collecting enthusiast who owned a number of La Blausee watches, the collector said he wanted a watch that captured the look of autumn leaves along with the bright, vibrant colors of the season. To do this, La Blausee crafted the Artisans de Genève La Blausee Gold Rolex Daytona.
This unique watch uses a rose gold band to help give it a tint of colors conjuring the warm imagery of the season, similar to the colors of falling leaves. On its face, a skeletonized dial exposes all the gears, which not only showcases the internal workings of the watch but it gives off an almost leaves-in-the-wind kind of look. The watch has a 72-hour power reserve while the 40mm case has a sandblasted finish, giving it a pristine, transcendent look.
