Sneaker fans rejoice. Joining the “Black Grey” edition teased early this fall, the Jordan Brand has released official images of the Air Jordan 1 Element GORE-TEX in a “Particle Grey” colorway with a combination of weather-ready fabrics. This new pair of kicks will become available to the public on November 23rd. Invented in 1969, GORE-TEX is a highly durable material that repels water while allowing water vapor to pass through it and is suitable for all-weather use.
Combining a pair of new Air Jordans with one of the toughest of all fabric materials is a natural fit for Nike. These will be a combination of black and grey, with the famous Nike Swoosh on the sides in white to stand out. The Air Jordan 1 Element GORE-TEX still has the classic Jordan shape with improved full-weather coverage, nubuck leather, a gusseted tongue, and a plush inner lining that will keep feet in pure comfort every time these babies are worn. With GORE-TEX branding and stylish Air Jordan wings, this is a sneaker that is a pretty cool update of the Air Jordan 1, inspired by arguably the greatest basketball player of all time, Michael Jordan.
