While the 2006 Ford GT was designed to pay homage to the GT40s that won the Le Mans during the 1960s, its performance simply blows other production cars away. In fact, it’s considered by many diehard fans to be the last true supercar of the analog era.

The 5.4-liter V8 engine delivers an impressive 550 hp and 500 lb-ft of torque. It’s mated with a six-speed manual gearbox with a helical limited-slip differential from Ricardo. This stunning combination allows this incarnation of the Ford GT to scream from 0 to 60 in just 3.3 seconds and deliver a top speed of 205 mph.

Full racing stripes zoom down the car’s Tungsten-painted sides — one of only 494 finished in this manner —  and are offset by the forged-alloy BBS wheels. The grey-painted brake calipers and an upgraded McIntosh radio complete the four options available for this model.
