If only every experiment could go as well as the Untitled UMC-063 ZERO XP Experimental Electric Motorcycle has. The 82kW engine harnesses every bit of potential that the future has, producing 140 ft-lb of torque to propel this motorcycle up to 124 mph. Its body is made from machined aerospace-grade aluminum. Custom, CNC’d polymer panels with polycarbonate edges, an upholstered ultra-suede seat, and “Ghost Grey” aircraft pant add substance to its futuristic design.

As impressive as those technical innovations are, at its core this is still a motorcycle. A modified SR/F frame, ‘ZF75-10’ 102v, Showa SFF-BP 43mm self-balancing forks, Pirelli Diablo Superbike race tires, and 900A electric motor with clutchless direct drive provide riders with an experience that elicits the performance greater than some of the best sports bikes on the market. With a battery range of 80 to 160 miles, this electric bike proves that the future of motorcycles has already arrived.
