Universal Pictures’ newly released trailer for ‘The 355’, features an all-star female cast in a fast-paced espionage thriller. When a top-secret weapon falls into the hands of a mercenary, The 355, a faction of spies from various international agencies, is tasked with retrieving the weapon. Their mission takes them across the globe from the streets of Washington, DC, to the markets of Morocco, to the mystery and glamour of Shanghai.
Aptly enough, the namesake of ‘The 355’ is the first female spy involved in the American Revolution, who remains anonymous. The diverse cast includes Jessica Chastain, Lupita Nyong’o, Diane Kruger, Fan Bingbing and Penelope Cruz. The characters portrayed in the movie hail from the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, China, and Colombia respectively. The film is set to be released on January 15, 2021.
