The basic function of any pack is to ‘conveniently and safely carry its contents.’ Most packs have gotten the convenience factor down to a tee, but we’re not sure if we’ve seen a pack that emphasizes the safety aspect.
The RUCKBUG Outdoor Backpack is a uniquely designed pack that has a exoskeleton structure inspired by the structures of kayaks. The external wooden frame not only keeps your contents safe but also provide reassuring balance for your pack as well. The removable lid made from water repellant material provides additional protection for the contents of the bag, while the side storage allows you to carry items like shoes or a small axe when exploring outdoors. There’s a lower storage that allows you to tie items to your bag, like a tent or outdoor blankets. It’s most unique feature may be that the frame and inner compartment can be separated from the carrying system, so you can use the carrying system to haul larger items like a jerry can.
