Port of Mokha Yemen Trilogy Coffee is a set of three 4-ounce boxes of coffee derived from the world’s oldest cultivating coffee land: Yemen. It’s where the ancient Udaini variety, considered the grandfather of most of the world’s coffee, is grown at an incredible 2,150 to 2,500 meters above sea level. Yet perhaps more integral to this experience is Yemen’s long history as a generous and hospitable coffee-producing nation. Each roast represents a labor of love in exquisite and indulgent proportions.
The Trilogy set is comprised of three different roasts. Al-Durrar possesses fruity flavors of mango, tangerine, and tropical fruit. Al-Wadi like its namesake is a valley of textured cacao, peach, and honeysuckle. While Al-Jabal is rich with tastes of cherry, strawberry jam, and plum wine. Each set is made fresh, with roasting occurring each Monday for shipment on the next day. The coffee is good for up to 35 days after the roast date, so get your coffee from Yemen, without ever needing a passport.
