Oris has expanded its Divers Date lineup with a new olive green model, adding a more understated colorway to its vintage-leaning 39mm dive watch.
The Divers Date builds on the spirit of the brand’s mid-century dive watches without staying locked in pure reissue territory. Its stainless steel case measures 39mm across, giving it the compact wrist presence many collectors now look for in a daily dive watch. The case is paired with a domed sapphire crystal, screw-down crown, and 200 meters of water resistance, making the watch more capable than its retro profile might suggest.
The dial is the defining change here. Oris uses a muted olive green tone that gives the Divers Date a field-watch-adjacent feel while keeping the layout firmly in dive-watch territory. Off-white hands and applied markers are filled with Super-LumiNova, while the black ceramic bezel insert adds a practical layer of scratch resistance around the dial. The date window remains at 6 o’clock, keeping the design balanced and easy to read.
Inside is the Oris Caliber 733, an automatic movement with central hours, minutes, and seconds, a date function, hacking seconds, and a 41-hour power reserve. It is a familiar workhorse choice for the brand, prioritizing reliability and serviceability over in-house cachet.
The watch ships on a stainless steel bracelet with Oris’ quick-change system and includes an additional black rubber strap, giving the piece a useful split personality between everyday wear and sport use. Priced at $2,800, the Oris Divers Date Olive Green is available from July.
